Right-click tree_hipoly19.dff in the panel above search box. Type tree_hipoly19.dff in search box at bottom-left of screen. Navigate to your GTA San Andreas\models folder and open gta3.img. \Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\ main folder.
Copy all files from "Fix Patch" folder to your. Copy sa-mp.cfg from this folder to My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\ folder (For Windows XP users) or Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\ folder (For Windows Vista or Windows 7 users). Go to Options > Display Settings > Advanced. Get a clean install of GTA San Andreas v1.0 without any mods. 
No lightning on vehicles making them appear a bit dark resulting in a small FPS increase. No target blip over heads when you aim at someone resulting in a small FPS increase. No clouds (Especially no laggy clouds at high altitudes). No motion blur, no heat haze resulting in more FPS on high speeds or hot weather. Black mirrors resulting in small FPS increase when you are near some mirror. No moon, no stars, no coronas on headlights and postlamps resulting in a bit more FPS at night. No small grass and leaves on grounds resulting in more FPS. No blood, no gun smoke, no gun flash, no gun shells resulting in a bit more FPS. No Splash Screen, disable the nVidia splash screen and opening videos. A better looking modded timecyc with reduced draw distance resulting in great FPS increase. Low resolution quality textures resulting in a bit more FPS. Rip & no flying sounds resulting in great FPS increase overall. Tested on very low PC & Notebook (No lags, no bugs). It is compatible with San Andreas Multiplayer. 
This mod will change Draw Distance, Textures (Particles, shadows) & Fix low FPS.
